Yichelle's Birth Story (:

Here to update abt Yichelle's Birth story as ppl are asking me to blog abt it =)

On 1st April, which is April Fool's Day, Hubby was in camp and i was at home alone.. Waited for him to book out and have dinner together.. He bought me to TIMS to eat.. In the car, he keep asking when Yichelle coming out? I say, aiyah, anytime la.. As long as not today can le.. (Cuz i dont really want baby to born on 1st April) So i joke with hubby, i said: Better not today.. After 12midnight then she come out.. hahahaha.. So i didnt care much after tat.. Reached home, bathed and watch DVD with hubby and went to slp..

5am

Woke up by sudden sharp pain.. I thought it was just normal tummy pain so i went toilet.. but nth came out. Then i thought nth serious so went back to bed..

5.20am

Couldnt slp cuz the pain was on and off.. The sudden sharp pain came again.. this time abit more painful.. Rolled at the bed.. Hubby jitao no feeling.. continue slping.. haha.. ok la. is i dont want wake him up de.. =)

The pain continued for abt 1hr.. i thought i ate something wrong so i didnt care much.. but around 6plus, the pain getting more and more intensed.. i buay tahan, woke hubby up.. He got a shock.. he ask me go time the timing.. so i went to time. each pain come around 20mins and last for abt 1min.. i told hubby.. he woke up and tell my mother in law.. She say maybe is tummy expanding tat's why pain.. but i told her tat pain is not normal pain.. so she asked hubby bring me to hospital..

Before tat, bathed and went down to eat something.. Couldnt walk when the pain comes.. But they ask me to eat at least something.. so went to eat abit.. Hubby fetched me to KKH after tat..

Reached the Delivery Suite.. They put me in the observation room first.. After awhile, the doctor came.. she say i was having regular contraction.. She then check and told me i was already 4cm dilated.. Can give birth today.. Told hubby abt it and i add on by saying: Wah.. Yichelle really after April Fools come out =.=

He very fast.. Called my parents and my relatives.. haha.. Called our friends also.. So cute lor ^.^

Was pushed to the Delivery Suite.. Hubby need to go down do the admission thing. so i was left alone for awhile.. Was feeling scared and pain at the same time.. After awhile, hubby came back and he acc me all the way..

Put me on drip.. tat's when the pain really really cannot tahan!! Grabbed hubby hand very tightly..

After tat the pain is really power.. screamed like dont know what.. Was given Laughing Gas.. help abit only.. cuz breath le will high one.. heh heh.. but after awhile no use liao.. i dont even have the energy to breath in the air liao.. just keep shaking and grabbing hubby's hand..

10plus

Nurse came and ask me if i want epidural.. but i keep rejecting.. cuz before tat hubby and i already decided not to use the epidural.. so i just keep bear with the pain.. Nurse checked, 5cm dilated..

11plus

Keep screaming.. VERY PAIN AH!! Now instead of grabbing hubby's hand, i anyhow grab his shirt.. he down there: eh, grab my hand, not my shirt! hahaha.. Buay tahan liao.. Tears just keep rolling down.. Nurse came in and ask if i really dont want the epidural, i think awhile, finally i give up.. i told the nurse, ok.. i take. Abt 10mins later, they came in with a form asking me to sign.. Cuz the epidural got risk.. Anyhow sign and when the doc abt to inject me, the nurse checked again.. this time 9cm dilated.. No need to use epidural liao.. Can prepare to push liao.. Wah.. damn lucky.. cuz the doc told us i will only give birth around 4-5pm.. But only 12plus and i'm almost fully dilated..

12plus

Nurse and midwife prepared all the stuffs.. while i down thr keep say i feel like shitting.. The feeling is damn strong tat something is abt to come out..

After tat, the midwife guide me.. Was told to hold on to my leg and push when the pain come.. Push halfway no energy liao.. Really pain.. Lucky hubby is beside me asking me to push.. Push and push real hard and baby Yichelle is born at 1310PM (:

Hubby keep taking photos of her when she's out. haha.. After tat, they put baby on my chest.. The feeling was like, wah.. finally out.. saw her face and melts my heart.. cant believe i bought her to this world..

The stitches lagi worse.. though i think i fall asleep after tat, but still can feel the pain.. OMG. Really unbearable..

Rested for awhile and was pushed to the ward.. That's all (:
